Camping - Vacation Rentals - Cabins
1. Check-in Policy
Rooms are available starting at 4:00 p.m., unless you have arranged for early check-in.
(Additional fees may apply.)
2. Check-out Policy
The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, unless a late checkout has been arranged
(additional fees may apply).
3. Rates and Payment
Payment for your stay is made according to the terms specified at the time of booking, including the total amount, any service fees, and the applicable cancellation policy. Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the type of reservation and the rates selected.
Standard Rates
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid as of the start date of the stay.
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
- The balance, 70% of the total amount, will be charged 30 days before your arrival.
- A security deposit of €300 will be held on your credit card on the day of your arrival.
Changes to Standard Rates:
For any changes regarding the number of guests or the dates of your stay, please contact us directly at 06 31 26 20 89; we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
Cancellation Policy for the Standard Rate:
No cancellation fees apply up to 60 days before arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the reservation deposit will be due. The campground reserves the right to convert this amount into a credit toward any of our services.
Non-Refundable Special Rate:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid as of the start date of your stay.
100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of your reservation
A security deposit of €300 will be placed on hold on your credit card on the day of your arrival.
Changes to the Non-Refundable Rate:
No changes are permitted for the Non-Refundable rate.
Cancellation of the Non-Refundable Rate:
Any cancellation on your part will result in no refund.
4. Reservation
4.1 By making a reservation on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal contact details, desired dates of stay, number of guests, etc.
4.3 The reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us, along with payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at 06 31 26 20 89 or by email at [email protected]
5. Guests’ Responsibilities
5.1 Guests are required to comply with the property’s rules and policies during their stay.
- All our rentals are NON-SMOKING
- Pets are no longer allowed in chalets or cottages, except for special cases subject to a fee of 80 euros per stay.

- Pets are ALLOWED on the campgrounds
- Quiet is required during your stay, except for parties with management approval.
5.2 Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay.
- Any damage caused to the property will be billed to the guest.
5.3 Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
- The facility assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage
6 Responsibilities of the Establishment
6.1 We are committed to providing quality service and ensuring you have a pleasant stay.
However, we cannot be held liable for disruptions or incidents beyond our control
6.2 If you encounter any problems or have a complaint during your stay, please notify us immediately at 06 31 26 20 89 so that we can take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
